About the OC BOWL

This year marks the 11th annual OC Bowl, started in 2006, each year, dozens of “former” athletes get together to have some fun, throw the pigskin and raise money to benefit a local cause. By popular demand it has returned year after year.

The OC Bowl is a traditional Flag Football game, held Thanksgiving Day, at Bob Henry Park in Newport Beach.

Commissioners: Greg Danielson & Logan Churm

This year, is no different, donations from the OC Bowl will be given to OC-based Human Options, a non-profit women’s shelter, existent since 1981. Human Options provides safe haven and life changing programs to help abused women, their children and families rebuild their lives – and works with the Orange County community to break the cycle of domestic violence.
